Sunrise on the blue ridge mountains

Описание: As you probably already know, I am a huge fan of the outdoors and will always take the opportunity to stroll the Blue Ridge Parkway. Car Camping on the Blue Ridge was a treat and in some ways can beat the traditional style of camping especially if you're a photographer/videographer who tends to film solo.

The pros to Car Camping for me would be:

Less setup time
no need for heavy hiking bags
Get to keep an eye on your car (obviously, you're literally sleeping in it)
Already on location, which beats having to make the early AM drive to your spot.
Can play music lol

however there are some cons to car camping compared to traditional camping:

In most cases you can't park your car on your favorite sunrise peak
Have to make the hike in the morning instead of already making the trek to the peak
-Some may call it cheating/glamping lol

Also this was my first time ever hiking Mount Mitchell which was a blast and will definitely be back to take on more trails, I hiked Old Mitchell Trail to Commissary Trail to Camp Alice Trail back to Old Mitchell Trail. I will say you do have to pay attention to your blaze markers as there were a few people asking which trail leads where on my way back.
