The Mapusa Special Court on Thursday heard an Enforcement Directorate (ED) complaint against the Luthra brothers and others in a money laundering case. The ED alleged proceeds of crime worth ₹30–35 crore linked to forgery, lack of permissions and illegal business activities. The court issued notice and posted the matter for arguments before taking cognisance.
