The Flatmount 3000 is an easy-to-use machine to mount photopolymer printing plates directly onto a mylar. Thanks to its highly accurate cameras it registers the mounting mark positions with high precision and automatically moves to the correct position for the following plates.
Mounting via overlay system: The images of the cameras are displayed on two splitscreen monitors. The operator has a choice of hairlines e.g. single crosses, double movable lines, sizable circles or a combinations of these types.
