Описание: The IEP rule was a DHS rule finalized in 2017 based on 2014 executive actions to allow “entrepreneurs of start-up entities whose entry into the United States would provide a significant public benefit through the substantial and demonstrated potential for rapid business growth and job creation.”

What is Parole? Parole allows you to be physically present in the U.S. for a limited time period and specific purpose based upon a significant public benefit or urgent humanitarian rationale. A person who has been “paroled” into the country has not been admitted to the United States and remains an “applicant for admission” even while paroled
