Sapna mixes a tablet in her mother-in-law's juice in a birthday party. When Kavya stops her from giving their mother-in-law the juice, she claims that it was a blood pressure tablet. After having the juice, the mother-in-law collapses and is moved to ICU. The CID team reaches the hospital to meet the victim.
