Описание: A binary file “EXAM.DAT” has structure
[Exam_id, Exam_Name, Date_of_Exam, Total_candidates)]

Write a function CountExam( ) in Python that would read contents of the file “EXAM.DAT” and display the details of those exam where number of candidates more than 250000. Also display the total number of candidates for all exams.
