This year’s annual conference tackles issues that have long been on the agenda for those promoting a more responsible arms trade, and explores in depth the sticking points and provides specific recommendations for progress on key topics.
It is co-sponsored by the Arms Control Association, Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC), the Security Assistance Monitor at the Center for International Policy, Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN), and the Stimson Center.
