Описание: The Gilroy California based Motorcycle Company of America that was in operation from 1999 through 2003 was famous for using an over abundance of red Loctite, especially on components that did not require it. However things like this main shaft nut and compensator nut and what not do require the red Loctite. So I’m working on this bike to replace all the transmission seals then the main seal at the crank afterwards, but the trans main shaft nut is extremely hard to remove for some where they have drilled through it, cut away at it with a Dremel cut off wheel following up with a punch or a chisel to crack it in order to get the seized nut loose! I tried using a strap wrapped around the pulley tightened down and using a breaker bar with a cheater bar and that didn’t work. I’m working in 100+ degree weather late in the afternoon here in Arizona so I ain’t got time for all that mess. I went on Amazon last night and spent $54 for the pulley holder that you see here and let me tell you it took me less than 10 minutes to get thjs loose! Definitely money well spent! This isn’t my first time doing this, but never required this special tool until this particular rusty project. Now I can replace the seals this weekend.
