An authentic and traditional indian ice cream recipe is also known as kulfi made with milk solids and kesar pista toppings. it is one of the popular and sought after dessert recipe from indian cuisine and served after lunch or dinner. traditionally these kulfi’s is made in an earthly pot known as kullad and hence the name kulfi but these days it is made with kulfi moulds. but if you don't have mould then also also you can make these yummy kulfies.
Ingredients :-
full fat Milk - 1 liter
Cream - 200 ml
kesar - 1 tsp
chopped pistachio - 1/4 cup
Chopped almonds - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
yellow food colour few drops (optional)
