TG Machine developed the complete set full automatic multifunctional candy bar/nougat/cereal bar/fruit jelly bar/pra-line bar/nutritional bar production line base on more than 30 years experience and advanced technology. The production line is mainly used for producing different kind of bars with or without chocolate coating.
The multifunctional production line is consists of four main sections: cooking and mixing unit; bar forming unit (includ-ing sheet forming/caramel depositing/nuts mixing/cooling/slitting and guillotine); chocolate enrobing and cooling unit; automatic conveying and flow packing unit. The cooking and mixing equipments are flexibility and different base on different technology for different types of bars; the bar forming section can be used for various kinds of materials such as fondant, aerated mass,caramel or mixed cereal, praline, condensed fruit, jelly etc... The universal bar forming principle is that the bar core materials first sheeted by chilled roller, and then combined with nuts to cooling, slitting and guillotine to get bar shape and then move to the chocolate enrobing line which is optional unit for chocolate coating products.
This line is designed on the principle of confectionary technology. It is advanced at reliable operation, candy bar forming regulation, wide range of product and convenient maintenance. Especially it takes the place of the traditional manual workshop production with full automatic machinery production. This line will be the first ideal option for the candy bar/snacks food industry with modern and large quantity production.
