I suggest you prepare a hearty and delicious lunch or dinner - a ready-made hodgepodge. This hodgepodge is prepared very quickly and easily. First, pour 2 chicken legs weighing 650g with cold water (2.5l). Bring to a boil.Remove the foam. Add 1 tablespoon of salt (without the fringe), 1 bay leaf, 5 black peppercorns. Cut 3 potatoes (320g) in half. Put the potatoes in the broth and cook until cooked. Finely chop 1 onion (100g). Cut 1 carrot (50g) into small pieces. Cut 2 sausages (175g) into small pieces.Cut 170g of cervelat into small pieces as well. Cut 70g of lard into small pieces. Remove the boiled potatoes and meat from the broth. The potatoes were cooked for 15 minutes. The meat was cooked for 1 hour. Next, put the pieces of lard on a dry and cold frying pan. Fry the lard over medium heat.
Add chopped onion to the cracklings. Fry the onion over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add chopped carrots to the fried onion. Fry over low heat for 1-2 minutes. While the carrots are frying, mash the potatoes with a pestle (but not too finely). Finely chop 1 bunch of dill.
Put the sliced sausage and chicken pieces in the pan. Stir and fry for 1-2 minutes. Cut 2 pickles (250g) into strips. Cut 70g olives in half. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the pan - stir. Add the sliced pickles to the pan - stir. Return the potatoes to the pan.
Add the fried vegetables, sausages with meat and olives to the broth. Pour 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of smoked paprika into the hodgepodge - mix. Add 0.5 teaspoon of dried garlic to the broth, mix in the chopped dill. Add lemon slices and sour cream to taste. IT'S VERY DELICIOUS!
