My personal recommendations to help recover from 19.4 CrossFit Games Open - Burpees, Snatches and Bar Muscle Ups (or pull ups). Note: I am not affiliated with CrossFit™. I am a CF-L1 Trainer at CrossFit Golden Gate in San Francisco.
1. Cycle Down/Up dog 20x
2. Kettlebell Snatch (light weight) x 20
3. Lat Contract-Relax / Distract x10-20 each arm
4. Anterior Shoulder Opener as needed.
As always, add some light movement like rowing, walking and biking for 15 minutes.
