How to Cook Ham Fried Rice/No eggs
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups cooked rice
1 Can ham/Luncheon meat,Cut into cubes
1 Cup green peas
1 Cup sweetcorn
Salt and Ground Pepper
Garlic,Chopped
Carrots,chopped
Spring onions,chopped
PROCEDURE:
1.Cooked 3cups of rice and Let it cool down
2 .Cut the Ham,into small cubes
3.Heat up the wok and add a little bit of oil and fry the Ham until slightly brown.
4.Saute the garlic until fragrant or brown
5.Add carrots then green,sweet corn cook for another 3mins.
6.Add the Cooked rice and Mixed well
7.Then add the fried Ham
8.Season with salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with spring onions and SERVE
