This Must try Lamb Burger Helper recipe was inspired by the classic Hamburger Helper! To reimagine this easy dinner recipe idea I used bold Jamician flavors with the JRice Spice Blend - Rasta N' Jerk. The seasoning mixed with the ground lamb, colorful bell peppers, and cheese is a perfect combo!
Recipe Tips:
Make sure the Lamb is at room temp for at least 30mins before cooking
Lamb has a lot of fat, drain the liquid before adding to the sauce
Adjust the measurements to your liking and taste
Heavily Salt the water to boil the pasta

1lb Ground Lamb
1-2 cups Bell Peppers, and onions
1/4 cup Minced Garlic
4-5 tbsp Rasta' N Jerk Seasoning
2 cups Heavy Cream
1-2 cups Grated Italian blend cheese
1 1/2 cup Pasta - Lasagnette, elbow pasta, or whatever pasta you like
Salt and Pepper to Taste
