Abode of Devi Panchaduge,Iver ullakulu,sri mahaganapathi ,situated at Uli village, Bantwal taluk.dakshina Kannada.This ancient temple was rebuilt in 1986 by the villagers through their selfless services in the form of "Shrama daana" and unique "Hidi akki" yojane which means entire village started keeping aside a fist full of rice from their daily usage every day and donated it to the temple every month. It was the only main source of finance for the temple renovation.
