Atlys Keenan: Zero toxic behaviors and patterns, period. Those who refuse to change deserve the loss. Those who were made to endure it deserve the freedom. Going over something I didn't want to do, but it is necessary - the greater good is worth dropping those who refuse to change. May they wake up and change their ways. I hope they do well without me in a future, but they will not be in mine.
The good: Looking up to Jesus, Maynard, choosing to become educated and utilize it in beautiful and unprecedented ways. Music is not my therapy, it is my practice for YOUR therapy.
