Prateek went in for the Nioxin Derma Renew Therapy which was a 3 part service. The first part involved usage of the Derma Renew Treatment which accelerates the removal of stubborn scalp debris and build-up around follicle sites, such as dead skin cells and excessive sebum (oil). Derma Renew removes build-up on the scalp to help restore it to a good condition, by accelerating scalp skin surface regeneration through exfoliation up to 34% faster than untreated skin. Since Prateek has dandruff the treatment began with this.

Then Nioxin System 1 was used on him which is meant for normal to thinning hair and virgin hair. It involved a shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment and is meant to strengthen as well as provide thicker looking hair and a cleaner scalp.

Finally they used Diaboost! What it does is that it adds volume from the roots, giving you the extra volume required. It basically increase the diameter of each existing hair strand for beautiful, thicker-looking hair which is visible after just one use. When used daily and over time, the hair thickening benefits endure and protect the hair against breakage allowing it to grow longer. Nioxin claims that Diaboost increases the diameter of each existing hair strand so it’s as if you have up to 11,000 more hair on your head.
