Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste said he is leaving it up to Solar Philippines to address the alleged failure to deliver on its obligations to the Department of Energy (DOE), stressing that he is no longer active in the company.
"I can leave it to the company involved to answer as appropriate regarding its communications with the DOE. But the undertaking, of course, is to be compliant with all of the laws and regulations. But that's, I think, best addressed by the company," said Leviste. #OnPoint
