The Monterey 238SS Surf is a 23' watersports-focused performance boat. Featuring a 5.3L, LS-Based Volvo Penta V8 with a unique forward-facing propeller design for better handling and safer operation for those in the water, the Surf's real party trick is its ballast tanks, which heel the boat over to produce a large wake for wake surfing at lower speeds.
