This was the beginning of electric guitar becoming Bowser's instrument. There's even a little thrash metal chugging going on here. This is easily the most kickass Mario boss theme up to this point and still ranks up there with the best. The guitar I used is not the confirmed source Mr. Kondo used, as that hasn't been found yet. It's one from the Universe of Sounds Vol. 1 library I thought was timbrally similar enough.
Original composer Koji Kondo. This version by me. Special thanks to the VGM Resources community for instrument research, and Sam the Salmon for helping with the picture.
