[PoE] Occultist Impending Doom Build, New Version - 76% cdr, Mapper/Ubers

Описание: Insanely strong Occultist Impending Doom (Doom Blast) build, crit version with 100M Pinnacle DPS, 3.3k life, 2k ES, Eldritch Battery, Mind over Matter, 12 power and frenzy charges, 5 endurance charges, Arctic Armour, can do all uber bosses. Good both for mapping and bossing, full screen clear with awak spell cascade, very good for blight-ravaged maps. Can survive some hits, but still bit squishy, so u need to be good at dodging boss mechanics. For mapping, mobs just don't have time to hit us, aoe is big.
