Описание: Hor Mok is ordinary Thai dish which steams any meat (most of them are fish) with curry paste, chilli, & kaffir lime leaves. Seasoning with palm sugar & fish sauce. I don’t have banana leaf which normally Thai people use, so I use tart foil case instead. For the leaves in the bottom of case, I use sweet basil today. But feel free to change another leaf such as cabbage.
