Explaining the clutch for down shift or gear down

When changing down gears or down shifting, raise the clutch back to the bite point so the engine has times to match the speed of the vehicle, you only need to hold the bite point for a second, as soon as the engine has matched the speed of the vehicle you can raise the clutch fully to maintain your speed without affecting other road users.
