Описание: A Freedom of Information request revealed the Council Environmental Health Officer assigned to investigate the complaint of noise from this Waitrose goods yard wrote 27.04.17 to a council colleague "We have rec'd complaints of noise from the goods yard activities/deliveries (particularly the late night - 21:00hrs and early morning deliveries) Investigations of these complaints have involved much communication between the complainant, ourselves & Waitrose, though with their voluntary code of practice in place & adhered to, no Stat Nuis was determined". Waitrose Voluntary Code of Practice (dated 21.07.16 & *05.08.16): limit goods yard operating hours to between 0700 & 2200, as much as reasonably practical; the first delivery is scheduled to arrive on site 0715 and the final at 2100; adhere to Quiet Delivery Procedures for the first and final delivery; and, *not move empty cages in the goods yard prior to 0900 on a Sunday morning, except for health & safety reasons.
