Описание: In this freestyle drill tutorial, we will show you how to swim freestyle better using the 6/3/6 drill.

The freestyle 6/3/6 drill is a great way to improve your overall freestyle technique. This swimming drill is very similar to full stroke freestyle however, it makes you concentrate that little bit more on things like freestyle rotation and timing.

Doing 6/3/6 targets every element of the freestyle technique which will ultimately improve your freestyle swimming regardless of whether you're a pool swimmer, open water swimmer or triathlete.
