Описание: Can you be spiritual without God? I was raised to believe that without the church, I had "literally nothing"... but that was a lie. Today, we’re deconstructing the religious monopoly on spirituality and how to take back your spiritual autonomy.

After leaving my non-denominational Baptist roots (I forgot to mention evangelical too LOL, thank you ADHD), I realized how high-control religion limits our healing. In this video, I share my journey of deconstructing Christianity and finding peace through "forbidden" spiritual tools like tarot, EFT-tapping, meditation, and breath work.
