✨ Whenever I sing in a language that isn’t my mother tongue, it’s like my confidence suddenly disappears.
A lot of us face this:
We listen to the singers, then look at the spelling of the words (sometimes with weird romanisation!) — but what we hear doesn’t match what’s written.
It’s so frustrating, because you want to sing it right, but you get stuck.
But does learning a bit of the language fix everything once and for all?
Not really.
This also happens to me, even as a trained singer.
So in this video, I’m sharing how I deal with these challenges — and how I keep growing as an artist.
