Описание: My dad is 2nd generation Italian. I got this recipe from his mother, who got it from his father's cousin, Emma Cugini. It is a recipe from the Northern Italy region. Note! This is not considered a "safe" method of canning, however, I've made the Antipasto this way for years and have never had an issue... Follow at your own risk.
