Spouse Petition Process | CR1 Visa Petition | Update After Online Marriage and ROM

Описание: Hello guys, update sa spouse petition. Still nasa NVC pa din dahil sa pag kukulang at pag kakamali na aming naibigay. Kaya payo ko, before you submit all documents, you must check both papers from your petitioner and your paper, also don't forget your signature at the end of the papers that must be sign.

Step-by-step process

For the Petitioner:
1. Log in to USCIS.
2. Download form I-130, fill up and submit to USCIS.
3. When approved by the USCIS they will transferred to NVC with confirmation letter on your given email and information to make an account to CEAC.

For both the Petitioner and Applicant:
4. NVC processing
5. Pay fees (affidavit of support and IV)

For Petitioner:
6. Submit affidavit of support (I-864, I864ez)
7. Submit financial documents (taxes,wages,etc)

For Applicant:
8. Online application (DS-260)
9. Gather Civil documents such as Marriage certificate, NBI, Birth Certificate, Passport, 2x2 picture with white background

For both Petitioner and Applicant:
10. Scan all Civil Documents stated above and save it as pdf format
11. Submit all civil documents

For Applicant:
if your documents are all approved and transferred to US Embassy Philippines, check your email for confirmation and an interview letter.
12. Interview Preparation
(Medical Examination before interview date)
13. Applicant interview (be ready to some questions about your relationship with your husband)
14. After interview
(You will know if you are denied or approved)
