i'm amongst those people who don't believe in new year resolutions.
but i do hope that this year i will be more open and more active. i'm known for my disappearing acts and lack of social skills here on youtube, and i hope to change that in the coming months. starting by this video- which is short and effortless, i know. but this had been sitting in my files since september and i had the motivation two days ago to finish it because i didn't want to post a text/plain video to announce my username change. wendysimmons just wasn't working for me anymore. i actually made the username on a whim when i first joined youtube

but the new username? that took ages to come up with and i'm quite happy with it right now

also: i have a new video i'm hoping to post soon! it was that one that i was going to use for my username change, but i ended up making it longer and way better than this one but it's also still a work in progress and i have zero idea when i will finish it! D:

i hope everyone has a wonderful year, for 2016 sucked. maybe it's me (probably is) but 2016 was just bad news. i have so many personal expectations for 2017 and here's to hoping that i (and every one of you) won't be disappointed!
