I share a deeply personal story from ten years ago—listening to Amy Grant’s Mary’s Song and experiencing a soul-shifting moment that taught me to trust what was happening inside me. I also reflect on a recent Christmas night of illness, where leaning into physical pain felt like a sacred shedding, much like a snake releasing its skin.

This episode is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and recognize the difference between trusting the process and knowing it. Before you plan the year, ask yourself: what must be released so the new can truly begin?
