The top reasons why there are so many bad real estate agents in the business.
Something that comes up for me a lot in my business, and it really causes me a lot of pain is that about once a week I get a call from somebody and they tell me about a really bad real estate experience they've had and usually because of a really bad real estate agent. And so our industry has a perception that a lot of real estate agents are overpaid and basically they suck. And that's painful to me, someone who takes this really seriously and who has devoted 25 years of their professional life to this industry. So I'm going to go through the top reasons to shed a little light on why this occurs so often to you guys and to the general public, and I hope this is helpful.
