Mein Ziel war zwar Berlin, aber ich beschloss hier ein paar Stunden zu bleiben, da ich genug Zeit hatte.
Die Geschichte Ostdeutschlands hat mich schon immer fasziniert!
Leipzig ist eine dieser Städte, in denen ein Spaziergang durch die Straßen und Gassen etwas Besonderes ist.
Im Laufe ihrer Geschichte war und ist die Universität Leipzig der Studienort großer Persönlichkeiten und wechselnder Einflüsse.
Eine dieser Persönlichkeiten ist Angela Merkel, die ehemalige Bundeskanzlerin von Deutschland.
Sie trug mehr als 16 Jahre lang die Verantwortung für Deutschland.

Aus diesem Grund kam mir das Bild von Frau Merkel in den Sinn, als ich zum ersten Mal die Universität erreichte!
Die Universität liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum, es war schon nach der Mittagspause und ich hatte Hunger.
Ich holte mir ein Käsesandwich und einen Kaffee im Restaurant neben der Universität und setzte mich genau auf den Parkstuhl vor der Universität...
Wie immer hatte ich meine Kamera dabei.
Es war kalt und ich hatte keine Handschuhe dabei!
Als die Videoaufnahme zu Ende war, spürte ich meine Hände nicht mehr, weil es so kalt war.
Aber am Ende war ich mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden.

My destination was Berlin, but I decided to stop here for a few hours since I had enough time.
The story of East Germany has always been fascinating to me!
Leipzig is one of these cities where walking in its streets and alleys is special.
Throughout its history, the University of Leipzig has been and is the place of study of great personalities and transient influences.
One of these people is Angela Merkel, the former chancellor of Germany.
She had More than 16 years of responsibility.

For this reason, when I first reached the university, the image of Mrs. Merkel came to mind!
The university is right inside the city center, it was past lunchtime, and I was hungry.
I got a cheese sandwich and a coffee from the restaurant next to the university and sat precisely on the park chair in front of the university...
As always, I had my camera with me.
It was cold, and I didn't have gloves!
When the video recording is over, I no longer felt my hands because of the coldness.
But in the end, I was satisfied with the result.
