Brand New Forklift Gets Mast Swapped

This new Mitsubishi forklift was shipped in with the incorrect mast from the factory. unfortunately, the customer had already poked a couple holes through the roof of a Semi box truck. Not sure how the logistics went down, but here I am, a monkey behind the wrench putting a shorter mast on 2 of the 3 machines that are destined to get this procedure done.
The victim today is the newer Mitsubishi/Uni-carrier models. To be specific, Model MCP1F2A25LV. One of the things not stated in the video is the data tag will need to be updated to reflect the new lift height, which is on order.
This is a relatively simple project, made even easier because these machines do not have any auxiliary functions, just lift and tilt. The overall principle applies to any mast swap, maybe some design differences between brands.
