Описание: No death run of FMV shooter MAD DOG MCCREE on PC MS DOS. This port of the 1991 arcade LaserDisc original was released in 1993 on CD-ROM.

This game was the first of its kind from the company and is followed by its sequel MAD DOG II: THE LOST GOLD and other FMV rail shooters with similar gameplay. While the original arcade version of MAD DOG MCCREE is played with a light gun, the usual control method for the MS DOS version is the mouse. However, the port also supports the PC version of the American Laser Games Gamegun which was released a few years later. Naturally, the video quality is much worse on the PC due to technical limitations of the era, mostly due to slow CD reading times and limited disc space. MAD DOG MCCREE's video is especially blocky since it had to run smoothly on single speed CD ROM drives.

MAD DOG MCCREE serves a western theme. You are an unnamed stranger who embarks on a mission to hunt down infamous bad guy and gunslinger Mad Dog who has kidnapped the town's mayor and his daughter. To succeed in your quest, you first need to free the local sheriff, then rescue the prospector, find a map to Mad Dog's hideout and infiltrate it. The game climaxes in a final showdown with Mad Dog himself.
