For this last video of the year, we take you through all the projects we’re dreaming up for next year. From the big barn renovation with two future living areas, to tackling the problem zone behind the barn where the steep embankment continues to erode. We also look at the area between the newly sloped embankment and the stone driveway, where an open drain still needs to be created. Higher up on the property, there’s the solar panel array, two fields that need clearing and maintenance, and the pond we hope to create, if we succeed in getting the necessary permit. And closer to the house, we plan to build a retaining wall between the driveway and the yard, complete with a stairs that will connect the two levels. To finish off, Philippe explains why we ultimately decided not to keep the old tiles from the barn roof.
