South Cerney is a village south of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, with a population of around 3,500. Its charter was awarded in the year 999.
It is close to several lakes which form part of the Cotswold Water Park.
The Midland and South Western Junction Railway previously passed through South Cerney. It was opened in 1883 and closed in the 1960s.
