Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 (PC) - Endless Fever - 15,959,175 Points

Описание: The Adventure Mode of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 may be done, but there are still many achievements available to get in the other modes, so let's continue our quest for the remaining ones with one of the single-player Puyo Puyo modes. There is a long way to go to get the achievement for popping 100,000 Puyos, but I feel like Endless Fever mode is the easiest mode to go about doing it. In this mode, you try to clear out a setup of prearranged Puyos with a single chain. Clearing them out with the right chain placement will advance the level and increase the maximum chain you can get in the next setup by one, messing up with reduce the maximum chain potential for the next setup, and achieving an All Clear will increase the maximum chain potential for the next setup by 3. For example, the first setup allows for a maximum chain of 5. Find the 5-chain, and the next setup will allow for a maximum chain of 6. Clear every single Puyo in the 5-chain, and the next setup will allow for a maximum chain of 8. The maximum chain potential for any single setup is 15, which also makes this a great mode for completing the other Puyo achievements for 7-chains and All Clears as well.

The "Endless" in Endless Fever is a bit of a misnomer, though, since the game ends when you run out of time. You start with 60 seconds on the clock, and every setup you successfully complete will add time back to the clock. However, you will eventually run out of time even if you play a perfect game.

Speaking of perfect games, I almost had one in this run, but a stray yellow Puyo messed up my chain near the end. But still just shy of 16 million points is still a score I can be proud of.
