The morning starts with the usual recovery checks, monitoring resting parameters to understand how the body is responding to training, followed by preparing a proper breakfast to fuel the day the right way.

After that, it’s time to head out for a relaxed 2 hour spin towards the beautiful Bergamo Alta, enjoying the peaceful roads and the unique atmosphere of the city. No intensity, no pressure, just smooth pedaling, fresh air, and the pleasure of riding.

It’s a day of calm, balance, and recovery — enjoying my city and taking you with me during this easy ride, including a short coffee stop to fully embrace the Italian rest day vibes ☕🇮🇹

At the end of the day, the focus shifts back to recovery: good nutrition, proper rest, and preparing the body and mind for the next block of hard work ahead.

Rest days are just as important as training days — they allow us to reset, recharge, and come back stronger for the upcoming challenges. 🚀🔥
