YOUBOU -- People in Youbou are getting into a mud-slinging match over an issue the tight knit community says has been ignored for years.
The town's main road is a route for Timberwest logging trucks and residents say the trucks are dragging mud right through their town.
The community says when it rains, the road becomes a bog. When it's dry, it becomes a dustbowl.
The regional director says she has been discussing possible solutions with Tiberwest management. The idea of a vehicle wash was brought up, but it is unclear who would pay for it and how it would be monitored.
Timberwest says they are sending in clean up trucks every other day, but locals say the trucks are not helping and only adding to the problem.
