This seminar, held on 9th December 2019 at the University of Bristol heard from three public health decision makers giving their perspective on what evidence is and how it is used and one academic researcher on her experience in health policy. Speakers are Richard Gleave (Public Health England), Christina Gray (Bristol City Council), Isabel Oliver (Public Health England) and Olivia Maynard (University of Bristol) and the seminar is chaired by David Buck of the King's Fund. This seminar was organised by the MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit, Policy Bristol and the Population Health Research Institute of the University of Bristol.
