If you have been feeling disconnected from yourself or finding it hard to nurture self love, this Yin practice is for you.
This 30-minute Yin Yoga class is a gentle way to come home to yourself, soften into your body and calm your nervous system, while being guided to cultivate love for yourself.
💛 Music: This practice flows with 528 Hz, often called the love frequency. This frequency serves not only as a tool for personal healing, but also helps to create deeper connections with others and the universe.
It is also known to support emotional healing, ease stress and connect you with your heart space.
This yin practice supports:
• Stress relief & nervous system calm
• Emotional fatigue, burnout or overwhelm
• Returning to your body
• Turning inwards and finding peace
• Building self love
Props needed: two pillows (or bolster) and a blanket.
