Apple Cookies: bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
-2 cups oats
-1 cup cooked apples
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-2 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 cup maple syrup

Avocado Dressing:
-2 avocados
-3 tbl mustard
-2 tbl AVC
-1/3 cup cold water
-salt to taste

Chocolate hummus:
-1 cup chickpeas
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-2 tbl cocoa powder
