Описание: From its beginning, as "Zion's Watchtower and Herald of Christ's Presence", JW.ORG -- as it has rebranded itself -- has boldly proclaimed the ideas of men. Christ's presence in 1874 was Charles Taze Russell's "gospel" innovation. Joseph Rutherford (and probably Fred Franz) changed the "good news" to an invisible presence beginning in 1914. Then, in the 1960s, Fred Franz received "new light" -- the millennial reign of Christ and 6000 years of man's existence would synchronize in the year 1975. In the debacle of 1975, the leaders of the Watchtower would not admit their culpability in the stumbling of hundreds of thousands of Jehovah's Witnesses. Not for the first time, the men at the top blamed their followers for taking seriously the public pronouncements of the Watchtower. The stumbled "served for a date". They "read too much" into Watchtower official documents.
