East Local Area Committee – Thank You Event 2026

Описание: The East Local Area Committee held its 2026 Thank You Event on 29 January at the Town Hall Reception Rooms, bringing together volunteers and community groups from Darnall, Park and Arbourthorne, Manor and Castle, and Richmond.

Guests enjoyed a meal and music from the Double Time Jazz Orchestra. Two award winners from each ward received trophies recognising their exceptional community service.

Attendees also received goodie bags featuring Henderson’s Relish treats, sunflower seeds for a 2026 growing challenge, and nasturtium seeds to promote colourful, pollinator-friendly spaces.

The evening celebrated community pride and the positive work of residents across East Sheffield.
