Description: How do we redesign our food system to eliminate waste? This video introduces Module 2: Waste-to-Resource Strategies in Agri-Food Systems, focusing on practical solutions for implementing the Circular Economy. We challenge the traditional linear food system (take-make-dispose) by showing how food and agricultural waste can be turned into valuable resources, closing the loop on nutrient and energy use.
