Forza Horizon 6 finally delivers the fan-requested Japan setting, combining a massive, neon-lit Tokyo with technical mountain drifting in the series' most visually stunning open world to date.The game feels like the ultimate fusion of Need for Speed’s urban intensity and Initial D's mountain drifting, all powered by a next-gen engine that makes Tokyo look more realistic than any racing game before it.

Description:

Discover the breathtaking landscapes of Japan in over 550 real-world cars and become a racing Legend in Forza Horizon's biggest open world driving adventure yet.

Gameplay Features:

Massive Scale: The map is the largest and densest in the series. It features a stylized version of Japan, including a massive recreation of Tokyo (5x larger than any previous Horizon city).

Verticality: From the neon-lit streets of Shinjuku to the winding mountain roads (Touge) of Mount Fuji, the map emphasizes altitude changes and drift-focused routes.

Biomes: Includes cherry blossom forests, coastal highways, rural villages, and dense urban districts.

Authentic Car Culture: A heavy focus on JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) culture. It introduces "Touge Battles" and underground street racing scenes.

Car Collection: Over 550 cars at launch, with new customization options like deeper body kit tuning and "Aftermarket" rare finds.

Urban Density: Improved engine tech allows for significantly more traffic and pedestrians in Tokyo, making the city feel alive rather than like an empty racetrack.

Release Date and Platforms: May 19, 2026 in PC and Xbox. Later in 2026 to PS5. It will also be available in Xbox Game Pass Day One.
