Hii Guys!!! Welcome back!! Today I will take you to my Tiger Safari at Bandhavgarh National Park in the heart of India in Madhya Pradesh. This was the first time ever I photographed a Tiger in the wild!! Bandhavgarh is known for high density of Tigers and one of the best place to spot one. However, it is still not that easy and you need to do multiple safaris to maximize your chances.
Bandhavgarh is not just about Tigers, it has a vivid history outlining our cultural, spiritual and religious significance. Bandhavgarh Fort has a 35 ft long Vishnu Statue called the Sheshshayya as Lord Vishnu is resting on serpent. This statue was built in the 10th century and is accesible through safari in the Tala zone! Highly recommend you check it out.
Several important species like the critically endangered Indian Vulture, now nearly threatened Lesser Adjutant can be seen here breathing in the wild in full freedom. A visit to Bandhavgarh is a must for every wildlife lover. Please write back to me your feedback, comments or any questions for me. Thanks!
