I have a fantastic wife named Jamie and together we have 6 cats, Kaylee (8), Adam (6), Aurora (6), Garfield (4), Pumpkin (3), and Ravioli (Ravi for short) (2). I struggle with Fibromyalgia, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, Bipolar disorder, occasional OCD, PTSD, Restless Leg Syndrome, and I am probably forgetting something! I use a combination of medication, talk therapy, and things such as percussion guns, lower back support, heating pads, and more to manage my chronic conditions.
