In Blockbud, you can add your own images and customise what you see on your app block screen (that we call as focus screen) and this allows you to set those factors that motivate you on your app block screen. Or perhaps if you just want to go outside and touch grass without the apps distracting you, you can set a reminder about how beautiful the outside world is. Point being, Blockbud is entirely yours and you are free to use it in however your heart desires. Your data is 100% secure and never leaves your device so absolutely don't worry about that!
